Job Summary

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cohort Operations Intern to support our Ed-Tech operations team in daily tasks. The intern will work closely with our EdTech operations team to help streamline processes and ensure efficiency in our day-to-day operations. Strong communication skills and empathetic understanding is what we are looking for. Key Responsibilities: Assist with managing and organizing company files, records, and documents related to the Ed Tech industry Support the Ed Tech operations team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and other administrative tasks as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete projects and assignments related to Ed Tech industry trends and analysis Analyze and present data to support operations decision-making in the Ed Tech industry Conduct research to identify areas of improvement within the Ed Tech industry and our company Participate in team meetings and provide updates on assigned tasks related to the Ed Tech industry Help with creating and implementing new processes to increase efficiency in the Ed Tech industry Call the students and assist them if they find any difficulties. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in business administration, operations, or a related field. English + Hindi (mandatory) Counseling skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills (both Hindi and English) Interest in the Ed-Tech industry is a plus Industry Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Industry E-learning Employment Type Full-time
