Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and identify sales opportunities. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. 3. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively pitching our products and services to potential customers. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth. 5. Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. 6. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. 7. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner. 8. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients. 9. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in a similar industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. 4. Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales deals. 5. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7.
