Job Summary
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Enhance the organization s human resources activity by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.
- Console managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, and recommending changes.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Write and revise job classification specifications.
- Develop HR training programs.
- Develop, review, and revise program policies and procedures.
- Provide advice and counsel to department heads, managers, and staff on updating and interpreting programs.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Required Qualification:
- 6+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
- The candidate must have an MBA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management, dynamics of employee development and professional growth, and training program design and presentation.
- Knowledge of state and country s labor laws and regulations.
- Able to compose and present comprehensive reports.
- Able to plan, organize, and present training activities to diverse employee groups.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in entrepreneurial and startup environments
- Experience with Association and Non-profits
