Job Summary

Roles And Responsibilities:


  • Enhance the organization s human resources activity by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.
  • Console managers on candidate selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, and recommending changes.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Write and revise job classification specifications.
  • Develop HR training programs.
  • Develop, review, and revise program policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice and counsel to department heads, managers, and staff on updating and interpreting programs.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Required Qualification:


  • 6+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources.
  • The candidate must have an MBA.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management, dynamics of employee development and professional growth, and training program design and presentation.
  • Knowledge of state and country s labor laws and regulations.
  • Able to compose and present comprehensive reports.
  • Able to plan, organize, and present training activities to diverse employee groups.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working in entrepreneurial and startup environments
  • Experience with Association and Non-profits
