Job Summary
Salary : INR 240000 P.A.
As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be responsible to solve queries, complaints of the customers. Help customer to complete the profile.
Responsibilities
For Customer Relations Officer the candidate will need to:
- Calling out customer and helping them complete their profile
- Help in resolving customer queries
- Interact with customers by phone, e-mail and online chat
- Calling up members and explaining the benefits of Louis Salon Franchise product and services
Requirements
- Min Qualification - Graduate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate and self-driven
- Strong integrity and work ethics
- Well versed with computers
- Prior experience in Customer service or Customer Facing job will be an added advantage
- Flexible with Shifts (for female its Day Shift)
Salary : INR 240000 P.A.
