JOB DESCRIPTION: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Understanding of the website development framework and architecture and developing web based applications based on the requirement Understanding the client requirement in detail and suggesting the framework /architecture in which to develop the website application Good understanding of Server Side programming along with experience of deployment of project on complex server architectures Assisting the Project Manager in defining the modules along with the timelines for the project Guiding Jr. Web Developers on programming standards and resolving their issues Conducting training sessions for Jr. Web developers on various technology platforms Assisting Project Manager in successful delivery of the projects and fixing issues encountered by the team. Carrying out development tasks (back- and front-end) on existing websites. Ensuring smooth integration with the existing client network and database Working in close association with the design team to create visually appealing websites Testing the web applications developed and bug fixing Ensuring the projects delivered are meeting the quality standards and enforcing them on Jr. Web Developers Understanding the current portfolio of websites developed by Futuready Media and replicating whenever required Ensuring timely delivery of websites and reporting any issues or problems encountered during development to Senior Web Developers / Team Lead
