Job Summary
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution. Provide desktop and laptop support. Windows Or Linux Server administration, monitoring over remote and troubleshooting. Diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers. Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues. Prepare accurate and timely reports. Windows Server and Linux server installing and troubleshooting. Good Desktop and Laptop troubleshooting. Mail client support and troubleshooting. Antivirus installation and scanning of system. LAN and WAN knowledge and troubleshoot. Peripheral installation and troubleshoot. Server Log analyses.
