Job Summary
  • Build, manage & maintain client relationship at mid-levels and throughout the customer organization.
  • Coordinate with advertising department, managers to have a case addressed within SLA.
  • Proficient download the requirement of Clients to creative department.
  • Work on different sources of case intake (Email, Portal and Calls).
  • Identify the severity/priority based upon the issue explained by the Clients.
  • Regular communication with clients in reference to the case update
  • Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills.
  • Ensure timely payment from customers.
  • Excellent command over oral and written communication.
  • Capability of dealing with tough clients.
  • Ability to multitask on different projects and clients.
  • Flexible to work in a 24/7/365 environment

Qualification :
Graduate in any stream
Experience Required :

0 to 5 Years
