Job description

Windows vulnerabilities closer and work on SOE image
Knowledge of Windows Registry, including knowledge of modifying system registry to support installed applications and document configuration changes.
L2 level Windows support / Windows OS ( 2003 / 2008/2012 / 2016 / 2019 ) / File Server / Terminal Server / IIS / FTP / DFS
Knowledge of PT, Scan and compliance
Coordination with OEM, Vendor and other support teams
Ready to work in 24 * 7 Shifts on rotational basis.
Good communication skills & presentation skills, analytic & data handling skills
Internal / external stakeholder co-ordination
Understanding & good knowledge of security compliance
