What You ll Do at Fynd:

As a Senior Product Designer, you ll play a key role in crafting intuitive, visually stunning, and impactful product experiences for millions of users. Your work will directly influence how customers interact with our platform across various touchpoints.

Ideation & Research

• Brainstorm innovative solutions to address real user needs.
• Conduct user studies and product research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Analyze data to drive design decisions and iterate continuously.

Design & Prototyping

• Ideate, wireframe, and prototype UI flows for web and mobile interfaces.
• Create high-fidelity designs and pixel-perfect visuals.
• Generate compelling content for product communication and interfaces.

Testing & Delivery

• Conduct usability testing and synthesize feedback into actionable insights.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to deliver production-ready designs.
• Ensure a consistent and delightful user experience across all touchpoints.

Ownership & Innovation

• Take end-to-end ownership of design projects from concept to launch.
• Push the boundaries of design innovation in every sprint.
• Own products that sell themselves through great design.

What We re Looking For:

• A strong portfolio of design work that showcases user-focused thinking and beautifully crafted UI/UX.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• 3+ years of experience designing for Social, SaaS, Analytics, or E-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication skills written, verbal, and visual.
• A natural collaborator who works well under tight deadlines.
• Curiosity and drive to learn beyond your comfort zone.
• A proactive, professional mindset always thinking a step ahead.
