Job Summary
- Answer inbound calls from customers and provide them with the information they need
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and collect customer feedback
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Update customer account information in the company’s database
- Transfer callers to the appropriate department or take messages when necessary
- Identify sales opportunities and pitch products and services to customer
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times
Minimum qualification requirement
Required - telecalling skill with 1+ years experience
Required - High school or equivalent or higher education
Required - Located in Salem
Required - Good command over English,Tamil
