Job Summary

Handling Customer Support & Handling Customer Call Key duties/ responsibilities Proactively resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's queries, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries Screening / monitoring incoming and outgoing calls to ensure quality, customer service, and adherence to the policies and procedures of the organization. Good understanding of the commonly used concepts, process, tasks, responsibilities and skills involved in customer service. Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external. Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and implementation of our standard practice. Respond to all customer queries in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction and quality service is given at all times. Keeping an even head while handling escalations or issues Have to be fluid enough to shift between Email and Voice Support roles depending on process requirements. Mandatory Skills Experience in providing customer service support and have customer service orientation Exhibiting patience in order to appease the most difficult clients Good understanding of the process, tasks, responsibilities and skills:
