- Willingness to work beyond office hours when requiredDedicated work and achieve targets with consistent performanceHandling Students concern as a top priority
- Candidate should have good performance record in their previous firmFluency in English and Hindi with good interpersonal skills
- Experienced candidates in counselling with minimum of 1-5 years is preferred
