Technical Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 Years of Relevant Experience in IT Performance Testing.
• Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Work Load Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management.
• Expertise in Performance Testing tools usingJmeter/Blaze Meter and others.
• Strong problem solving skills and very good time management skills.
• Ability to Support, run and manage performance test campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Databases and SQL.
• Must be able to routinely work with little or no supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Designing the test scripts and Identify parameter for testing and establishing checkpoints.
• Executing performance tests.
• Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance and other non-functional tests.
• Using consistent metrics for monitoring Identifying bottlenecks, and where they occur.
• Understand describe the relationship between queues and sub-systems.
• Preparing the test report and Interpret results and graphs.
• Providing application profiling support to assist in defect analysis and application and system tuning.
• Analyzing business scenarios and Understanding the non-functional requirements.
• Evaluating the objectives of the service level agreement.
• Monitor application logs to determine system behavior.
• Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessary follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments.
• Analyze the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications.
• Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.
• Publish results and receive appropriate sign-off.
• Identifying memory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problem in the application.
