Job Summary
- Proficiency in MS Office applications specifically Excel, and experience working in one or more of such tools (Clever tap, WebEngage, Moengage etc).
- Manage, execute and measure the performance of SMS, Push notifications and whatsapp campaigns.
- Inquisitive, Demonstrated a steep learning curve and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Well-versed with common CRM and marketing tools. Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited direct supervision.
- Preferably has experience in managing customer life cycle, retention, and CRM activities for internet consumer businesses.
- The position requires a hands-on person who is flexible, hard-working and able to work well under pressure.
