- Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Great understanding of ROR/MEAN/PHP(or any other web) framework
- Good understanding of RESTful API development Good knowledge of TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Good understanding of Postgres/Mysql/MongoDb
- Good understanding of jQuery, Bootstrap
- Good understanding of AGILE SCRUM
- Good understanding of GitHUB, SVN
- Excellent understanding of Client-Server Architecture
- Experience with designing of overall architecture of the application
- Good understanding of Web Securities and how to implement in application
- Hand-on designing and implementing robust and scalable web service/api
- Hand-on application deployment and cloud platform such AWS/Heroku/GoogleCloud
- Understanding of the Software Development Life cycle
- Hand-on integration with third party api
- Hand-on deployment and its tools.
Additional Brownie Points:
- Hand-on Docker and kubernetes or equivalent tools
- Working experience with any of frontend framework React/ Angular/Meteor/VueJS
- Working experience with micro service architecture
