• Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
• Great understanding of ROR/MEAN/PHP(or any other web) framework
• Good understanding of RESTful API development Good knowledge of TDD (Test Driven Development)
• Good understanding of Postgres/Mysql/MongoDb
• Good understanding of jQuery, Bootstrap
• Good understanding of AGILE SCRUM
• Good understanding of GitHUB, SVN
• Excellent understanding of Client-Server Architecture
• Experience with designing of overall architecture of the application
• Good understanding of Web Securities and how to implement in application
• Hand-on designing and implementing robust and scalable web service/api
• Hand-on application deployment and cloud platform such AWS/Heroku/GoogleCloud
• Understanding of the Software Development Life cycle
• Hand-on integration with third party api
• Hand-on deployment and its tools.

Additional Brownie Points:

• Hand-on Docker and kubernetes or equivalent tools
• Working experience with any of frontend framework React/ Angular/Meteor/VueJS
• Working experience with micro service architecture
