Associate Software Engineer (salesforce) Job in Gartner

What You Will do:

• Provide technical operational support assistance for front-line support reps and vendors using our Salesforce App.

• Perform proof of concepts and document custom configuration solutions for vendors using our integrations including Salesforce.

• Create custom-coded managed packages and apps for distribution to our clients.

• Administer test, demo, and development instances of Salesforce.

• Develop, test, and maintain applications in an Apex, Lighting, and Classic Salesforce environment.

• Troubleshoot and support our current code base of Salesforce managed packages.

• Write detailed Test Cases for CIT testing and execute the code to make sure it s of the desired quality.

What You Will Need:

• 1-2 years of experience with a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.

• Salesforce administration experience providing support to Salesforce end users in sales and marketing organizations.

• Salesforce development experience working with Visualforce, Custom UIs, APEX, Web services, REST APIs, and managed packages.

• Knowledge of salesforce.com features & limitations (Process-builders, Workflows, validation rules, translation workbench).
