Job Summary

What you will do:

Manage registrations that come through as an entitlement of the Gartner c-level products

Partner with product teams and sales teams, outline and communicate process and rules, exception management, manage escalations, etc.

Support strategy for segmented attendee experiences

Partner with the technology and product teams to ensure data is passing over and is mapped to correct experiences on digital platforms

Data management and Reporting (weekly reporting/dashboard planning, final event attendance data, wrap up data, quarterly check-ins for data by region, ongoing housing reporting, one-off data requests)

Registration audits (outreach, follow ups and updating records as needed)

Registration support (testing sites to ensure reg codes, confirmation emails, and hotel booking flows are set up correctly

Support registration site creation for Business Portfolio Conferences to ensure sites are tested and maintained to adhere to timelines for a flawless attendee experience

Mailbox management

Call Center liaison- point of contact for any Conference escalations

Partner with global registration team and vendors on day to day operations as well as future initiativesHelp to create any on-site and/or virtual requirements for registration at Global Conferences, Virtual Conferences and Peer Forums

Work with internal registration team and Technology teams to manage priorities for system enhancements, ensuring the highest level of attendee experience

Travel to events and provide on-site support as needed and determined with manager

Registration budget support as needed

What you will need:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in any field

2-4 years of project management experience and/or events experience

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload

Proven budget management

Experience with Event Registration platforms preferred

Experience with Supplier management with excellent communication skills a plus

Strong Excel Management Skill

Fully competent in Microsoft Office, strong Excel skills needed

Understanding and appreciation of technology.

Excellent planning and project management skills

Strong business analysis skills and communications skills

High sense of urgency and ability to prioritize

Ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments and levels and serve as a role model for teamwork

Effectively utilize external vendors and internal resources
