Job Summary

WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO?

You have to provide application support to our customer via remote support.

You have to work as below list:

  • Diagnose, analyze and solve client queries/issues.
  • Installation of software and providing training to the end-users.
  • Communicating with customers effectively.
  • Report Designing.
  • Working within a team environment and promoting team spirit.
  • Sending Daily Status Report to the concerned person.
  • Performing related duties as assigned by respective managers.

MALE CANDIDATE:

They have to travel in the city/ outside city / out of the country. All travels are bared by the company.

FEMALE CANDIDATE:

Selected for back office/in-office job.
