Job Description: Demonstrated critical thinking skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with IAM Technologies Must have worked on at least one of the IAM Technologies such as IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Sail Point, Forge Rock, etc., Should have strong knowledge of architecting, deploying and administering IAM Infrastructure Should also have real/significant experience developing adaptors/connectors/workflows on IAM Infrastructure Strong working knowledge of Linux & Windows Servers and SQL/Oracle/DB2 Database Excellent programming skills on Java/J2EE Should have relevant IAM certification Demonstrated skill in troubleshooting ability to provide resolution and/or workarounds to complex problems Ability to think analytically and understand dependencies in connected systems Strong networking background Must have passion for solving operational problems using technology Security certifications are preferred
