Job Summary

Should have basic knowledge of the U.S. Healthcare Domain (Insurance/Provider side) methods for improvement on the service delivery.
Responsible to enter given information into the system on behalf of companies
Should be able to achieve daily given targets and maintain work procedure without back logs.
Should be willing to take responsibilities on the floor and initiate innovative methods to help the team perform better.
Flexibility to work on rotational shifts and weekly off.
