Job Summary
Job Specifications:B.Pharm/M. Pharma graduates (An Absolute Must) + MBA (Preferred), MSc Life sciences /Biotechnology/Microbiology + MBA. B.Pharm/M. Pharma graduates (An Absolute Must) + MBA (Preferred), MSc Life sciences /Biotechnology/Microbiology + MBA. 4 - 6 years of experience in management consulting, corporate planning and other strategy / general management roles - specifically in Pharma/Healthcare/Life sciences industry Deep understanding of the industry segment issues, economics and business models Ability to independently lead and manage strategy engagements that involve significant client and partner interactions Demonstrated ability in managing complex client engagements including identifying and articulating ambiguous client issues, problem definition, disciplined project / people management and hands-on thought / content leadership through the engagement life-cycle A strong service delivery orientation and flexibility to work long hours if/when assignment may demand. Extensive experience in project scoping, proposal management, project execution and delivery by exceeding expectations of clients and internal stakeholders. Proficient in using MS Office packages WORD, EXCEL AND POWERPOINT. Strong understanding of templates and client-friendly packaging is a big PLUS. Excellent oral and written communication skills with demonstrated experience and expertise in business communication.
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in marketing research/ business analysis with focus on pharma/medical equipment/healthcare industry.
- Handling consulting projects for different pharma/medical equipment/healthcare projects, on key market trends and issues impacting the industry.
- Establishing analytical frameworks and conducting complex business analyses, conducting external research, leading teams and developing effective relationships with the client.
- Helping on strategic capability - shape the role and build-out of a new consulting model and lead the effort to build consulting operations, standards and best practices.
- Developing deep industry and service line competencies to enhance value and delivery on high-end strategy engagements.
- Developing and articulating ideas and thought-ware for clients at Fortune 100 clients across industry segments.
- Conducting secondary research to build the analytical sections within each report and to identify data-points/market trends etc. which would authenticate the market data within the internal databases.
- Working on complex client engagements and pursuits from India and other global locations (Europe and US).
- Aid in the development of market-leading databases by validating and strengthening the key data-points as part of the report writing process.
- Play an active role in report-specific client communication and training initiatives targeted towards GlobalData s sales and BD teams based in the US, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
