Job Summary
- Collaborate with Business teams and collect the data and inter relationship between the data points
- Track and monitor execution status and metrics to ensure milestone delivery commitments are met.
- Partner with Product team, Deployment team, Devops team, Instance/Release managers and Vendor team for data conversion execution and make sure 100% of data is converted as per the Oracle ERP configuration with project quality standards
- Help drive the business meetings in right direction for data collection and consolidation/problem resolution
- Report progress, issues and risks to stakeholders, including DT and business leadership
- Maintain effective working relationship with stakeholders, peers and vendor Partners
- Review the Conversion design documents and make sure they are in line with the requirement and development
- Lead and co-ordinate with PMO team for detailed cutover & Instance plan for data conversion
- At least 5 years of techno functional experience in Oracle ERP
- Good understanding on high level flow of Oracle ERP modules.
- Techno-functional expertise on Oracle ERP with hands on experience in Oracle ERP modules
- High attention to details and commitment for successful data conversions
- Technical expertise in writing SQL queries and able to do technical design and drive technical team for CEMLI development
- Experience with project and process management/improvement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good communication and presentation skills
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
- Strong leadership and program management experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills
- Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
- Experience with process improvement

Role Summary:
Key objective of this role is to automate & transform data conversions to provide best-in-class tools and processes to analyze, cleanup and convert the data. This role is critical to enable delivering a major ERP simplification for the GE Renewable business toward the 1 strategic ERPs (Oracle RACES) enabling standardized process blueprints, low cost of delivery and rapid delivery. The resulting ERP strategic platforms will host more than 900 business process for more than 8000 users globally .Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of contractors to plan and execute concurrent data conversion projects globally. Drive first-time-quality, on-time delivery- Collaborate with Business teams and collect the data and inter relationship between the data points

Qualifications/Requirements:
- BS Degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent.- At least 5 years of techno functional experience in Oracle ERP
- Good understanding on high level flow of Oracle ERP modules.
- Techno-functional expertise on Oracle ERP with hands on experience in Oracle ERP modules
