Job Overview:

The Process Automation Delivery Manager will be responsible for planning, implementation and delivery of projects and services on across RPA, Workflow, Winshuttle and analytics-based process-improvement solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
Collaborate closely with Process Automation Product Owner to jointly lead the Global Process Automation Team
Ensure successful delivery of prioritized automation solutions
Coach, mentor, and motivate the Process Automation Team
Work with business teams to identify additional opportunities for automation solutions
Define and shape project plan/approach to automation solutions
Analyze and translate Business Requirements into design documentation
Drive insights and recommendations
Oversee design and delivery of solution
Establish key metrics (Operational and Technical)
Partner and engage with external partners
Platform leadership

The role will be responsible for overseeing development, support, and delivery of process automation. Working with key stakeholders and vendor partners to establish and define process and identify improvements through optimization to help drive delivery of high-quality services to end-users thats aligned with the business requirements by complying with the relevant security and risk criteria.

Job Responsibilities:

100% of Time

Oversee the design and implementation of Automation solutions using the tools Process Automation owns. This will involve managing a team of Developers /analysts but will also be required to be hands-on to some degree.
As part of Delivery, you will play a key role in process improvement reviews to identify opportunities where automation can drive benefits and efficiencies for the business
Working with the project team and business SMEs you will break down and analyse existing business processes in detail in order to assess feasibility and to redesign those processes for an Automation supported solution
Ensure that reporting metrics are put in place to measure the performance of Automation solutions

Process Automation Service Management
As Automation Delivery you will be responsible for the ongoing support of the Automation Solutions and the quality of service and performance
Design and maintain high performing service support functions to ensure that Automation solutions are performant and deliver in line with expected service levels
Monitor, support and control service delivery ensuring that the procedures put in place are effective and properly implemented

Stakeholder Management
Build relationships and work closely with stakeholders across Functions/Sub Functional Teams to be well positioned to identify future opportunities for process improvement and automation solutions and to proactively identify sources of service dissatisfaction
Work closely with the relevant IT forums to ensure external stakeholders are aware of whats happening with our automation strategy and to ensure that we are aligned to overall GMI strategy

Over All Summary Not Limiting to
People Management, Career Development, Performance Management and Recruiting & On-Boarding new staff. Perform a team skills assessment and build a matrix
Ensure teams are staffed and have appropriate skills to meet demand. Coach and motivate the team. Identify obstacles for the team and remove them when escalated.
Influence technology solutions and development process. Awareness of current trends and industry news related to the Product. Active role in supporting teams to identify problems and technology solutions.
Execute early project governance, ensure priorities are set by Product Owner and empower team to self-organize around priorities. Partner with Product Owner to ensure user stories are being delivered.
Assist in answering how much? WIP, Budget Impacts, People. Shared budget responsibilities with Product Owner. Ensure sizing and tasking work is done by the team. Ask Product Owners to articulate the value/impact/outcome
Focus on continuous improvement, best practices, metrics, and Continuous learning.
Build relationships with the leaders and stakeholders.
Solutioning Mindset Ability to translate user requirements into Solutions working with Project Leads/Architect and build future features which needs to be rolled out from the PA Team.
Portfolio Management Manage the entire portfolio of Service Offerings ranging from Project Delivery, Support to New Capability Development
Innovation Continuously Reiterate the Capability Roadmap to include industry trends through POC and Research
Vendor Management Partnership with Key external vendors ( AA, Winshuttle ,ServiceNow etc.) on their Tools Roadmap through period connect and Engage on Support, New Offerings etc.

Education:
Minimum Degree Requirements: Bachelors
Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
Preferred Major Area of Study: Computer Science
Required Professional Certifications: Bachelor of Engineering
Preferred Professional Certifications: Master of Business Administration

Experience:
Minimum years of related experience required: 10+ years
Preferred years of related experience: 12-15 years
