Job Summary

The Role will be responsible to support the business teams across categories and regions in the US / International markets. The team member will complete a number of key responsibilities such as best-in-class plan-o-grams, turn-key reporting and trade reconciliation,

The longer-term vision for this profile is to ultimately support a wide variety of Planogramming needs, reporting & presentation including building excel templates from scratch, initiating value adds and providing insights by developing a strong category & trade knowledge, proprietary tool proficiency and technical expertise the role encompasses data mining from multiple sources/tools to data harmonization to visualization combined with robust quality audit and documentation.
Job Description

Deliver Standard & BIC POGs/Reports
o Contribute to the execution of complex, best-in-class reports, tools and customized shelving/assortment plans
o Manage end to end Best-in-class Planograms by becoming an SME for most categories
o Master and own the monthly deliverables in the form of reports & presentations and send quality output in a timely manner
o Develop business and trade knowledge to enable conceptualizing R&A and help build valuable, crisp reports from scratch turnkey reporting with HMM
o Upgrade monthly deliverables based on business requirements, ideate complex fixes and create functional, efficient reports
o Avoid redundancy in reporting and call out best practices to the team

Delivering Adhoc Requests | Build Reports/POGs from scratch
o Build templates with dynamic dashboards and visuals and upgrade products/markets/time frames per business requirements
o Work alongside of peers and inculcate best practices and elevate the teams ability to tackle business questions with value adds
o Support trade, merchandising & category strategies leveraging various tools to build real-time performance trackers and provide crisp insights
o Display a high sense of accountability and presence of mind when completing requests with high visibility or tight turnaround times
o Resource Pool on projects with the team and contribute to brand building
o Own end to end building & execution of tools, reports, templates & presentations

Technical Expertise
o Actively learn and apply intermediate/advanced level of expertise in JDA/Apollo/spaceman/Nitro/Demand transfer/Retail link, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Access, Nielsen etc.
o Actively learn & implement principles of trade & category management
o Build a robust audit system for all POG & reporting activity
o Build an awareness of existing macros in the team and re-use to make data mining, data harmonization and data audit efficient and effective
o Undergo trainings: As recommended and self-initiated refresher trainings to keep abreast of tool dynamics and their functional as well as tactical applications
o Knowledge Sharing: Gain in-depth knowledge of customer details as well as a comprehensive understanding of GMI product groups and DMSP strategies and share new learnings with the team on a continual basis

o Ensure TAT is upheld via awareness on process requirements, meeting benchmark time estimates and through articulate expectation settings with the stakeholder

o Project Management: Juggle multiple projects seamlessly starting with project scoping, to tackling hurdles to timely communication/iterations with peers and stakeholders to high impact completion and presentation
Mentoring & Training Executive and Associates to excel in their roles and outperform expectations
