As a member of an agile solution development team Design, develop, and support Flow services using webMethods Designer.
Partner to provide consulting and technical assistance to business analysts during various phases of projects (small or large initiatives) to assess and understand the business process and their integration needs. Educate clients on the capabilities and standards used to deliver integration solutions.
Identify, diagnose and resolve integration issues while demonstrating strong customer service.
Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with business analysts, partners, vendors, and webMethods administrators to identify root cause and recommend remediations.
Provide stewardship of the data mapping capability and ownership of mapping and change control processes, including intake process, standards and best practices for mapping and requirements specifications, peer reviews, etc.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-training to peers.
Experience in Designer and MWS for webMethods 9x and above
Understand EDI Analyst needs of Enterprise Application Integration
Candidate shall have development experience webMethods flow language and Java services
Extensive knowledge on the Trading Networks, Trading Partner Agreement, Partner Profiles

Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed
Competency in the following technologies and platforms:
Relevant work experience as a webMethods developer performing day-to-day design, development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise integrations.
Proficiency and expertise in webMethods mapping / transformation using webMethods Designer and Flow
Understanding of X12 and EANCOM EDI standards, XML, and flat file integration.
Experience mapping with SAP IDOC integration
Solid understanding and experience with software development lifecycle and change management
Problem solving mindset focused on root cause analysis/solves
webMethods Designer and MWS
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency developing Java services in webMethods Designer
Demonstrated ability to work both in a team environment as well as independently.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
