Roles and Responsibilities

• Ownership of all MSE Relationships aboveINR 50 lacsfrom the time the loan disbursement is complete in all aspects including Post Disbursal Documentation/Account Opening.
• Account monitoring
• Ensure the bank gets maximum share of customer wallet through cross sell/up sell
• Draw Account plan when necessary and enact Aid in classifying the account as red/amber and green
• Ensure 1% GNPA in these accounts
• Manage the annual account review process
• Ensure that the action items at the time of sourcing the account are completed within the due dates
• Adopt OD Product
• Ensure that all qualified customers adopt the OD product
• Primary Operating Account
• Ensure that Jana Bank Account is the primary operating account of the customer and that all customers route the committed business throughputs
• Over limit in OD
• Ensure that any over-limit in the overdraft facilities by following up with the customer for a resolution within 7 days
