Direct & Indirect Taxation
1. Corporate tax Assessment handling
2. Preparation of data for Transfer Pricing report
3. Preparation of data for Income tax Appeal
4. Preparation of Tax Audit Balance Sheet
5. Dealing with Tax Auditor
6. Filing of Income tax return
7. TDS return
8. Vat Assessment as per MVAT Act
9. GST Audit compliance - 9A & 9C
10. Verification and Filing of All GST Return - 3B/GSTR-1/ITC-04
11. ITC / 2A verification and reconciliation with vendor

Statutory Audit & Group Audit
1. Preparation of Balance Sheet as per Companies Act
2. Dealing with Statutory Auditor
3. Inventory Valuation
4. Preparation of various information for completing Audit
Authorities:
1. Income Tax & Transfer Price assessment
2. Balance Sheet review
3. All Audit - (Statutory/Group/Cost/Tax)
Experience Required :

5 to 7 Years
