Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Mentoring the branch staff team to achieve the branch's goal and ensure maximum employee productivity Drive the retail loans like CASA,SME, Mortgage, Gold Loans , Liability products and Third part cross sell from the branches
2. Analyzing the credit worthiness of the customers by visiting the residence and business location and taking market feedback
3. Ensuring a healthy portfolio by ensuring recovery of irregular and NPA accounts.
4. Cross selling the various products of the bank like Insurance, savings, other loans, etc
5. Maintaining, nurturing and deepening relationships with existing clients.
6. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and statutory guidelines at all times while doing business.
