Job Summary
1. Lead the team in the Cluster and guide them to achieve the Business targets, pro tability and productivity targets.
2. Innovate, plan & implement new ways & means to increase attract new customers and retain existing one.
3. Create a culture of team spirit by organizing regular Rewards & Recognition events
4. By using all above - ensure that allocated business goals are met consistently
5. Identify potential location for new branches by evaluating business potential, competition and demographic information
6. Achieve the targets of the Cluste for LAP, Secured, OD and MSE products.
7. To nurture the team and implement team development/leadership programs
