Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handling walk in customers, providing service quality, Daily coordination with head offices.
  • Cold calls , generating new customer leads, cross selling to existing customers, cross selling to group customer
  • Complaint resolution within TAT, Daily CIBIL Logins on step by step complaints and queries of new customer / existing customers.
  • Forming of DSRs from RM


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Process knowledge is a must
  • Adept in use of MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Should possess problem solving skills; Should be result oriented, process and compliance oriented




Experience Required :

2 to 7 Years
