Roles and Responsibilities
Desired Candidate Profile
- Handling walk in customers, providing service quality, Daily coordination with head offices, Complaint resolution within TAT, Daily CIBIL Logins on step by step complaints and queries of new customer / existing customers
- Cold calls , generating new customer leads, cross selling to existing customers, cross selling to group customer
- Complaint resolution within TAT, Daily CIBIL Logins on step by step complaints and queries of new customer / existing customers.
- Forming of DSRs from RM
Desired Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills
- Process knowledge is a must
- Adept in use of MS Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Should possess problem solving skills; Should be result oriented, process and compliance oriented
