Job Summary
a. PCBA for micro controller systems,
b. A/D and D/A conversion,
c. OpAmp circuits - voltage and current measurement,analog filters, signal comparators,
d. PWM converters
e. IGBT Driver circuits
f. High voltage (1000Vdc)Switch mode power supply (SMPS) - Flyback, Push- Pull, Buck - Boost
g. Hardware interfaces for communication ports.
2. Selection of electronics components- MOSFET, capacitors, opto couplers, inductors, diodes, op-amps, resistors, voltage regulators etc.
3. Analysis & Simulation of circuit topologies in LTSpice / PSpice / MatLab
4. Design analog systems meeting UL and IEC standards (Creepage, clearance, EMC/EMI emissions etc.)
5. Type testing and troubleshooting of designed systems.
