Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Foundry Head and Responsible for the plant and production units in its entirety. Managing administrative and technical aspects and striving for the overall improvement of the plant and thereby increasing its efficiency.
1. Raw material planning.
2. Responsible for plant production in Foundry, Extrusion, Alloy ingot plant, Anodizing unit, powder coating and Fabrication unit. 3. Bringing down average energy consumption in entire Extrusion plant, Alloy unit, Powder coating unit, Anodizing unit and in fabrication unit.
4. Bringing down the average die failures in extrusion plant.
5. Implementing all new systems and reports in plant and will ensure that all HOD's should submit their reports in stipulated time.
6. Dispatching of orders in stipulated delivery time.
7. Development activities in Alloy ingot division, Extrusion plant and Foundry operation
8. Collaboration with national and international vendors for various processes

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience should be in Aluminium Extrusion Plant,
  • Experience from strategy to execution.
  • Qualification B.Tech Mechanical/Metallurgy.
    •
    Experience Required :

    15 to 20 Years
