Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Network & Firewall Operations

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the network operations 24X7 for internal IT in TOC (Technical Operation Center). You will be working actively on the operational issues along with internal / external partners to recover the systems failure (proactive/reactive).

You will work Incident Management, Problem Management for each incident/tickets and need to ensure the high uptime to the business.

Responsibilities

• Front-end face for Genpact Network Team while participating in internal P1/P2 Incident resolution bridge call
• Participate in Bridge calls with clients for joint troubleshooting of network issues
• Work with different Vendors and service Provider for faster and accurate resolution
• Playing key role for network related incidents and providing key inputs for Problem Management
• Identifying open risk in the production network and provide input for mitigation
• Global customer interaction is one of the key expectation from candidate
• Hold very rich experience in corporate LAN, Security & WAN infra
• Candidate must have worked on the newest technologies (Cloud, ACI, SDN and SDWAN)
• He/she need to lead function and drive the project/operations end to end
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Hands-on experience on Cisco Routers (ASR/ISR Series) and Switches (6500/4500/3850 Model) & Firewall (Cisco & ASA)
• Work experience in implementing/solving problems Routing (Static, EIGRP, BGP and Policy Based routing) and Switching issues (VTP/STP)
• Build relationship with business partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent subject
• CCNA Security

Preferred qualifications

• CCNP, PCNSE
