Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Operations Support

In this role, you will be responsible for Application Support Operations and maintenance of multiple applications & databases, used by business units and infrastructure teams. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, design the solution which really fits into customer needs.

Act as first point of entry for SDLC Engineering toolchain queries

Work closely with SDLC Engineering and SRE teams

Log and maintain Knowledgebase for users of the SDLC Engineering toolchain

Monitor and manage SDLC Engineering services

Manage private and public cloud ITBU specific services and profiles

Triage private and public cloud ITBU specific services and profiles

Manage production environment with clearly defined KPIs

Identify area of improvements/automation to improve KPIs

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

Azure Cloud experience is must

Building CI/CD pipeline

Jenkins, JFrog, Cloudbees,

Infrastructure/Environment management

should have worked in Apache and Tomcat

BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

Good in scripting (eg Shell Scripting, Python, Perl, working with Json, yaml)

Enthusiasm and ability to learn and apply new technologies

Excellent written & verbal communication

Great teammate working in a global development team
