Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Production Support

In this role, candidate will be responsible for develop dashboards by using Splunk. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into needs.

Responsibilities

• Should be able to develop dashboards by using Splunk and present to the stakeholders
• Person should also automate data extraction from log files and automate
• Work with Trade Support team to help on application issues
• Should be able to handle task independently and lead the team
• Develop best practices to ensure coding efficiency and quality
• Analyze and resolve coding issues in a timely and accurate manner
• Prepare and maintain coding documentations for reference purposes
• Prioritize, plan and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Ensure to complete the assigned development tasks within deadlines
• Report project status to Manager on periodic basis
• Perform application modifications and improvements based on business needs

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

• Strong Splunk with AppDynamics
• SQL (to read dB Schemas and Table schemas and to be able to write Queries)
• Tableau is not a requirement but would be a plus
• Excellent client facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations including partner concerns, status reports and resolving impediments
• The person should have a technical capability to fix applications, implement new technologies and articulate the solutions
