Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate/Developer ITIL (Command Center/NOC) Analyst for Armstrong Process.

Responsibilities

  • Initiating, owning and driving the major incident management bridge calls.
  • Involving designated teams responsible for solving problems the issues
  • Sending Major incident management communication as per the communication process and defined DLs.
  • Updating all actions taken during driving critical incident within the incident.
  • Registering a PIR in detailed for further Post mortem reviews.
  • Sending Initial and resolved communication for Outages or Changes (Scheduled or unscheduled.
  • Review the IT Operations Center turnover checklist at the beginning of each shift for issues to be handled and items to be noted during the shift.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle various tasks with little to no forewarning
  • React quickly, lead and perform extraordinarily during critical/catastrophic events

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in related field Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred qualification

Customer management, Team management, Good Interpersonal and Communication skills, Detail Oriented, Problem solving and Analytical ability, Reasoning skills, Work Under Stress in multiple time zones
