Inviting applications for the role of Vice president, Finance & Accounting Record to Reporting (RTR) Operations

We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of entire order to cash process management and improvement in a fairly fast paced business environment. The role is based out of NCR.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure period end close activities are performed according to agreed close schedules and that accounting policies are in compliance with GAAP and stated company norms
  • Responsible to Lead Finance & Accounting Operations & service delivery for existing and all new deals in pipeline.
  • Front ending the clients and should have capability to understand requirements and customer expectations and deliver solutions
  • Will be Required to deliver End to End business impact and drive productivity to ensure best-in class implementations / streamlining the onshore/off shore operation
  • Should be able to Manage Service delivery right from inception to steady state. Responsible to provide required support to BD Team
  • Should be able to understand the changing environment/ client needs and providing solutions
  • Ability to manage Large Span of complex business and operations teams.
  • Understand the SOX Regulations and ensure adherence by the teams at all times
  • Managing knowledge design, implementation & support for complex F&A domain. Monitor & review solution implementation process in a collaborative manner.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications
  • Accounting qualification (CA/ CPA)
  • High degree of Analytical skills and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • Strong financial analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
