Job Summary

Role Description

  • Responsible for customer master details in DMS portal as well as in SAP
  • Preparation of agreement, invoice generation, work order creation for waste lifting
  • Placing of vehicle in coordination with logistics team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for agreement creation for the clients.
  • To create customer master, rate master, mandatory documents attachment in DMS portal and SAP.
  • Responsible for waste code mapping.
  • To coordinate with sales team for waste sample collection from customers, FPA report from LAB, and FPA reports tracking.
  • Responsible for documentation of client records.
  • Preparation of invoices for inwards daily basis, and ensure the invoice reaches the customer ontime.
  • Preparation of finger print invoices, membership invoices as per sales team requirement.
  • Oncall support to our new clients regarding about our process.
  • Ensure standardization of reports (MIS) and reporting formats for effective review and analysis.
  • Planning of vehicles for waste lifting in coordination with logistics and sales team.
  • Inward/outward details for submission of reports to PCB.
  • Preparation of pending payment report ageing wise and to followup with sales team.
  • Payment advise submission to accounts as per invoice vs collection.
