Job Summary
Role Description
- Responsible for customer master details in DMS portal as well as in SAP
- Preparation of agreement, invoice generation, work order creation for waste lifting
- Placing of vehicle in coordination with logistics team
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for agreement creation for the clients.
- To create customer master, rate master, mandatory documents attachment in DMS portal and SAP.
- Responsible for waste code mapping.
- To coordinate with sales team for waste sample collection from customers, FPA report from LAB, and FPA reports tracking.
- Responsible for documentation of client records.
- Preparation of invoices for inwards daily basis, and ensure the invoice reaches the customer ontime.
- Preparation of finger print invoices, membership invoices as per sales team requirement.
- Oncall support to our new clients regarding about our process.
- Ensure standardization of reports (MIS) and reporting formats for effective review and analysis.
- Planning of vehicles for waste lifting in coordination with logistics and sales team.
- Inward/outward details for submission of reports to PCB.
- Preparation of pending payment report ageing wise and to followup with sales team.
- Payment advise submission to accounts as per invoice vs collection.
