Job Summary
Specifics of the role:
- Excellent Knowledge on Finishing & RCC activities
- Monitor execution of works to achieve set milestones as per timeline ensuring Quality standards
- Calculation of Quantities. & requirement of material
- Preparing Labor Report on daily basis to support activity plans. Prompt snag closures pre possession
- Ensuring quality by Contractor and work maintained at site as per SOPM standards
- Process adherence including detailed checklist filing, documentation, etc.
- Ensure Minimum wastage of material. Ensure excess material return to stores by Contractors
- Timely execution of services at sites
