Specifics of the role:

• Excellent Knowledge on Finishing & RCC activities
• Monitor execution of works to achieve set milestones as per timeline ensuring Quality standards
• Calculation of Quantities. & requirement of material
• Preparing Labor Report on daily basis to support activity plans. Prompt snag closures pre possession
• Ensuring quality by Contractor and work maintained at site as per SOPM standards
• Process adherence including detailed checklist filing, documentation, etc.
• Ensure Minimum wastage of material. Ensure excess material return to stores by Contractors
• Timely execution of services at sites
