Job Summary
Specifics of the role:
- Verification of the customer documents as provided by Sales, understanding all the commitments made during the sale transaction & deviation given, if any.
- Welcome call & welcome kit to the customers providing them with necessary information thus building rapport with them.
- Responsible for achieving & over achieving the defined collection targets.
- Raising timely invoices as per the billing milestones achieved.
- Thorough follow up with clients for payments uptil closure.
- Ensure registration readiness of the customer & prompt support to the backend team for execution.
- Deliver good customer expereince with an intent of 100% customer satisfaction & generating referrals from existing customers.
- Ensure prompt response to customer queries.
- Ensure smooth functioning of handing over formalities
- Rapport building with external partners for loan disbursement.
- Address various customer grievances within defined SLA's.
- Thorough snagging with an aim of delivering finished product as per GDPL quality standards before the date of possession.
- Follow up with the projects team to close loop on snag list.
- Generate various weekly, monthly reports to track the deliverables.
- Readiness for audit by systematically maintaining the required documentation & process adherence
