Job Summary

Specifics of the role:

  • Verification of the customer documents as provided by Sales, understanding all the commitments made during the sale transaction & deviation given, if any.
  • Welcome call & welcome kit to the customers providing them with necessary information thus building rapport with them.
  • Responsible for achieving & over achieving the defined collection targets.
  • Raising timely invoices as per the billing milestones achieved.
  • Thorough follow up with clients for payments uptil closure.
  • Ensure registration readiness of the customer & prompt support to the backend team for execution.
  • Deliver good customer expereince with an intent of 100% customer satisfaction & generating referrals from existing customers.
  • Ensure prompt response to customer queries.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of handing over formalities
  • Rapport building with external partners for loan disbursement.
  • Address various customer grievances within defined SLA's.
  • Thorough snagging with an aim of delivering finished product as per GDPL quality standards before the date of possession.
  • Follow up with the projects team to close loop on snag list.
  • Generate various weekly, monthly reports to track the deliverables.
  • Readiness for audit by systematically maintaining the required documentation & process adherence
