Associate Agile Project Manager(3-5 Years) Job in Get My Parking

The Project Manager will lead project delivery for one-two of the Scrum TeamsOrganization - The ideal candidate should have experience in managing TWO Scrum Teams and managing delivery in an Agile Methodology.

The ideal candidate will be someone with 5-6 years of experience with 3-4 years of experience in Agile Project Management.

• Understanding and experience on Agile Methodology - Project Manager with a strong understanding of Agile fundamentals should be experienced with Scrum and KANBAN methodologies
• Ability to identify and resolve impediments for the team and ensure the team delivers an optimal outcome
• Understanding of Project Management fundamentals and operational aspects of managing projects and customers
• Working with Product Owners and Engineering Managers to ensure a healthy product backlog - Facilitate refinements of Stories and maintaining the product backlog.
• Help the team organize themselves into self-sustaining teams and help them on being disciplined and self-organized.

Customer Management

-Should have worked and managed delivery for one customer team directly (interaction experience with customers is a MUST)

-Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.

Reporting -
Sprint Planning, Sprint Reporting( Burndown/Burnup Charts), Quality Metrics, Utilization and Billing
