Job Description

• Responsible for setting up and furnishing properties by coordinating with local vendors/suppliers
• Responsible for end to end management of the process of taking the properties live and regular inspection basis business guidelines
• Attending to customer problems and resolution, if any, at the properties
• Maintaining relationship with tenants and local staff/team
• Ensuring complete and updated paper-work like rental agreements, etc

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of the geography of the city
• Candidate with own Conveyance (bike) is preferred
• Should have a smart phone
• Willing to travel locally
• Should be resourceful
• Basic knowledge of Computers and English Language
