We are hiring for a Recruiter.

Minimum experience - 1 to 5 years

*Good communication skills is a must.

Location - Noida / Gurgaon

Looking for IT and Non IT recruiter.

JOB ROLE :

1. Understand the requirements for various positions for NON IT & IT Industry.

2. Mobilize human resources through various means such as Job Portals, Headhunting, Advertising, References.

3. Screening through CVs, calling up candidates, interviewing them on their interest level & fixing up a meet with the client.

4. Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate with regards to the interviews taken.

5. Maintaining & updating the Database.

6. Maintaining invoice details of hired candidates.

7. Should be Target Driven.

8. Should have experience in permanent and domestic recruitment/ experience in hiring for the clients.
