What You ll Do

• Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Closing: Lead and manage closing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

• General Ledger Accounting and Reconciliation: Oversee and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring the integrity of financial data.

• Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure cash balances are accurately reported.

• ERP System Management: Utilize MS D365 or other ERP systems to manage accounting functions, including posting entries, generating reports, and analyzing data.

• Financial Data Review and Analysis: Review, analyze, and interpret financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Knowledge of US GAAP: Ensure all accounting processes adhere to US GAAP regulations.

• International Financial Knowledge: Manage accounting activities across different international regions, staying updated with global financial regulations and tax laws.

• Accounts Receivable: Track, record, and report receipts from customers, reconcile accounts, and respond to customer inquiries.

• Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support during internal and external audits.

• Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial reporting and reconciliation tasks.

What You ve Done

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, preferably in the IT or ITES industry.

• Strong experience with MS D365 or other ERP systems.

• Solid understanding of US GAAP and international accounting standards.

• Proficient in MS Excel and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and data analysis.
