Job Summary
- Managing tenders and all related documentation.
- Conducting on site checks for pre tender survey and working in an off-site office environment.
- Prepare BOQ, Estimating &Costing, Rate Analysis, Quotations, And Material Reconciliation.
- Coordinating quotations and proposal development.
- Working on full cost control aspects for each individual projects.
- Delivering weekly financial reports to directors and project managers.
- Managing and assessing variations and providing accurate costing on additional works.
- Reviewing all contracts and providing advice on all contractual matters.
- Accurately maintaining, processing and updating all project related documents and records.
- Key escalation point for any sub contractor issues or enquiries.
