Job Summary

Job Description:- Project Management, People/Resource Management, Client Management, Risk Management, Change Management, Process/Quality Standards Agile/SCRUM, STLC, Waterfall, Iterative, Graphic Checklist, Documentation as per Audit Guidelines.

Responsibilities:

To focus on meeting project commitments including communication with key stakeholders.
To spend significant time on project management responsibilities
To lead planning and implementation of projects. Participate in design and testing phases
To be responsible for assembling the project team for their functional/technical development, performance and/or termination during the project.
To facilitate the definition of service levels and customer requirements. Interact regularly with clients to determine their needs and to develop plans to improve delivery.
To advocate on behalf of clients and represent clients needs as appropriate to Sr. management.
To work cross functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
To follow a defined and agreed upon project management methodology
To prepare reports defining plans, problems & resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
To mentor, coach and direct setting to team members.
To prioritize own and team work. To anticipate consequences of actions, potential problems or opportunities of change.
To create work standards for the project, establishes & defines roles and responsibilities.
To contribute towards external messaging. i.e. Blogs, technical white papers, newsletters, etc
