Job Responsibility

  • Configuring, administering, and troubleshooting the network infrastructure.
  • Managing, securing, and troubleshooting servers and client computers.
  • Configuring, managing, securing, and troubleshooting active directory organizational units and group policy.
  • Configuring, securing, and troubleshooting remote access.
  • Frequent interface with Microsoft and other vendors.
  • Lead several key initiatives related to Office 365.

Desired Candidate
Technical Skills

  • The selected candidate must have extensive experience working with clients in person and over the phone with advance knowledge with Office 365
  • Office 365 administration experience.
  • Experience with Azure AD and Exchange.
  • Office 365 SharePoint Administrator experience.
  • Microsoft certifications a plus.
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows operating systems.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to interact with technical and business counterparts.
  • Being available for working outside of normal business hours, holidays, and some weekends when needed for on-call periods.
  • Experience understanding set IT strategies and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree in information technology, Computer Science, or other relevant fields
