Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Manage the receipt, processing, and storage of incoming stock and inventory.

- Ensure that all products are accurately recorded and tracked in the inventory management system.

- Work closely with the supplier's team to manage stock levels.

- Implement and maintain effective stock control procedures to minimize losses and maximize efficiency.

- Continuously evaluate and improve the inwarding process to ensure that it meets business needs and industry best practices.

- Maintain accurate records of all inwarding activities and report on key performance indicators.

Skills:

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an eCommerce or retail environment.

- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.

- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as required.
