Role

We are looking for a young and driven person to manage our NGO partnerships for the CSR vertical. As an organization that facilitates fundraising for nonprofits, we need a very strong candidate to lead the sourcing and evaluation of non-profit proposals.

This role involves handling the entire proposal sourcing engine, end to end, with complete ownership and responsibilities, in a very hands-on fashion.

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements of the donor and identify the right nonprofits that fit
  

• Collaborate with NGOs to receive detailed proposals and evaluate them
  

• Continuously work towards process improvement and making the system more efficient & robust
  

• Making PPTs for recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
  

• Extensive cross functional collaboration within the team as well as external stakeholders
  

• Completing all assigned tasks within the expected timelines and SLAs
  

Requirements

• Process orientation with a growth and learning mindset
  

• Eye for details and a logical approach to problem solving
  

• High energy and passion for doing impactful work
  

• Undergraduate from Tier 1 college. Post Graduation is a plus.
  

• 3+ years' experience of working in a non-profit, consulting or a social enterprise
  

• Comfort in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment, with regular stretch requirements
